Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2016, I've helped clients close more than 250 transactions totaling over $150 million across Tacoma, University Place, Puyallup, and the broader South Sound. I work with first-time buyers, growing families, out-of-state relocators, sellers downsizing after decades in the same home, and investors building portfolios — and I tailor my approach to whichever of those you are.

I bring an unusual background to the work. Twenty years in the IT industry trained me to solve problems methodically and explain complicated things in plain English — useful in a market where one missed detail can cost a client real money. My service in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard instilled discipline, integrity, and the habit of doing what I said I'd do. Clients tell me what they value most is that I listen first, communicate honestly, and stay reachable from the first showing through long after closing.
